Individual Counselling/Psychotherapy

If you haven't experienced Counselling or Therapy before it can seem quite daunting or scary. The therapeutic relationship is also really important. I value you as a person, as a client and respect your decision to enter into counselling, this is why I offer a FREE 20 minute initial session for you to meet with me and ask any questions you may have and to complete the consultation form.

I work with an integrative approach which means you will always be at the centre of our sessions. My role within the session is to support you to explore what it is you may want to. Integrative means that I can draw from different theories and models which are best suited to you. 

​

Counselling can be beneficial in helping with many issues, some of which are below;
